Hill Top’s Meatmaster flock is farmed with great care. Deriving from fine stock in the Northern Karoo, they are free range and enjoy the lush pasture found in the Garden Route.

We offer delicious Lamb meat that is processed when the animal is 6 months old and left to hang for 6 days. All our meat is graded A2. We sell as ½ Lamb or Full Lamb all cut and packed in portions

 The Meatmaster is a composite sheep breed in South Africa. It is bred as a non-fat tailed hair-type sheep for meat production. The breed offers farmers an alternative with unique characteristics to meet the needs of markets in South Africa and around the world.

The Meatmaster, often described as being the Sheep equivalent of the Nguni Cattle, was registered as a breed in 2007 and The Meatmaster Breed Society formed in 2008.
